How to reach the founder and get support through in-app chat or Discord.

ParlayPlug has direct support from the founder. No ticket queues, no chatbots.
In-app chat
On the Home tab, look for the chat bubble icon in the header. Tap it to open a conversation thread with Brad, the founder.
The placeholder text reads "Message Brad..." — and that's exactly what it is. Type your question, feedback, or issue and send it. Brad reads and responds personally.
Discord
For community discussion and faster back-and-forth, join the ParlayPlug Discord:
